Tôi mới nhận được thư của hai người bạn nhờ thông báo trên trang blog về học bổng cấp tiến sĩ. Học bổng thứ nhất dành cho các ứng viên muốn theo học tiến sĩ về thống kê sinh học (biostatistics) với nhóm nghiên cứu Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCR) ở VN. Theo tôi, đây là nhóm duy nhất ở VN có những chuyên gia thống kê học thứ thiệt và có “track record” làm những nghiên cứu có giá trị và tầm cỡ quốc tế. Học bổng từ nhóm Oxford
I would like to inform you that we are currently advertising for a PhD position in statistics at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on the topic of “Statistical methods for adaptive clinical trials in tropical diseases”.
I am attaching the proposal for your information. Further details about our research unit, our international PhD program and the application process can be found on our website (www.oucru.org, especially in the menu “Careers and Training”).
This is a fully funded PhD position based in Ho Chi Minh City which includes a salary, all fees for registration at an international university, and the possibility for international training and conference attendance.
